No Cancellation Policy

Once a consultation, training program, workshop, educational program, CRM implementation project, automation service, technology solution, digital product, or any other service has been purchased, booked, registered, or confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Clients and participants are advised to carefully review all service details, program information, schedules, and payment terms before completing any purchase or registration.

Consultation Services

All consultation appointments, advisory sessions, strategy meetings, coaching sessions, and business reviews are non-cancellable once confirmed and paid for.

Training Programs & Workshops

Registrations for training programs, workshops, webinars, educational events, and learning sessions cannot be cancelled after successful registration and payment.

Digital Products & Educational Content

Access to digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, templates, presentations, online courses, and educational resources is non-cancellable once granted.

CRM, Automation & Technology Services

CRM implementation projects, business automation services, AI integration services, consulting engagements, and custom technology solutions cannot be cancelled after project confirmation or commencement.

No Refund Policy

Since all purchases and registrations are final, no refunds shall be issued for consultations, training programs, workshops, digital products, CRM services, automation projects, consulting services, educational content, or technology solutions.

Exceptional Circumstances

Empower Growth Partners LLP reserves the sole right to review exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis. Any goodwill accommodation, alternative arrangement, or rescheduling shall be entirely at the Company's discretion and shall not create an obligation for future cases.
