Consultation Services

Fees paid for completed consultation sessions are non-refundable. Once a consultation has been delivered, no refund requests will be accepted.

Training Programs

Refund requests for training programs must be submitted before access to training materials, sessions, recordings, workshops, or educational resources is provided.

Once access has been granted, all fees become non-refundable.

Digital Products & Educational Content

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, templates, workbooks, presentations, and educational resources are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

CRM, Automation & Technology Services

For CRM implementation, business automation, consulting, AI solutions, software configuration, or technology services, refunds are not available for work that has already been completed.

Any approved refund will be limited to services that have not yet been delivered or performed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Empower Growth Partners LLP.

Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed and will depend on the specific circumstances of the service or program purchased.
